ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION.
WELCOME & OUR COMMITMENT
Burnley FC is committed to making Turf Moor accessible and welcoming for supporters.
We recognise that every supporter’s needs are different, including non-visible disabilities, and we encourage anyone who may require support to contact us so we can discuss how best to help.
Booking Tickets & Access Registration
To help us understand and meet individual access requirements, supporters who require accessible seating or additional matchday support are asked to register their needs in advance.
This scheme is for supporters who require reasonable adjustments, including but not limited to:
  • Essential companion (personal assistant) tickets
  • Step-free or accessible seating
  • Accessible entrances
  • Queue assistance
  • Additional matchday support
Burnley FC works in partnership with Nimbus Disability and uses the Nimbus Digital Access Pass system.
You can apply for a free Digital Access Pass via Nimbus. As part of the application process, you will be asked to provide supporting evidence and details about your access requirements. Once approved, your Digital Access Pass is valid for three years. After approval, you will receive a Digital Access Pass ID number, which can be used when booking tickets and requesting support from the Club. If you would prefer to register for an Access Card, this can be selected during the application process at a cost of £15 for three years. The Access Card can be used to communicate your access requirements across thousands of venues and organisations nationwide.
If you already have a Nimbus Access Card, you do not need to apply again. How to register your details with Burnley FC To use your Access Card or Burnley FC Digital Access Pass (ID number found in your confirmation email), please email the Ticket Office at TicketOffice@BurnleyFC.com with the following information:
  • Your Access Card or Digital Access Pass ID number
  • Your full name
  • Your Claret Number (if applicable)

Personal Assistant (PA) Tickets
Supporters whose Access Card or Digital Access Pass includes the Essential Companion symbol may be eligible for a free Personal Assistant (PA) ticket. Please note:
  • The Club may request verification where required
  • The disabled supporter and their PA must enter the stadium and be seated together
  • PA tickets are only valid when the PA is attending with the registered disabled supporter
Any misuse of a PA ticket (for example, use without the disabled supporter attending) may result in sanctions

In addition to the 153 wheelchair bays, we have highlighted a number of easy-access seats throughout the stadium. We also have 28 ambulant supporter seats on Level 1 of the North East accessible stand. These are accessed by three small steps and are fixed seats.
Hearing, Visual and Sensory Support
Deaf or Hearing-Impaired Supporters
On matchdays, information is displayed on screens and communicated via the Public Address System. Please advise our access team ahead of matchday if possible so we can provide further assistance.
Blind or Partially Sighted Supporters
Complimentary audio commentary headsets are available upon request. Please contact our access team before attending the match to arrange this (info@burnleyfc.com). These headsets pick up Clarets Plus commentary for in-stadium listening.
Neurodiversity and Hidden Disabilities
Supporters are able to sit anywhere in the stadium, subject to availability. If you have specific seating requirements, please contact the access team to discuss them in more detail. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
Temporary Mobility Restrictions
Supporters with temporary mobility restrictions that may affect their access to Turf Moor must contact the Club ahead of the match so that alternative seating can be arranged on a match-by-match basis.
Please email slo@burnleyfc.com detailing how we can best facilitate your needs as well as an estimated duration so that we can talk through the options.
To accommodate your seat move, we may need to issue an alternative (paper) ticket, and so ticket collection pre-match is preferable.

Both the home and away club ticket office can advise you on which seating locations will be most suitable for your party in advance of the tickets being on sale.
If you have any questions about away matches or organised travel, please contact the club's Supporter Liaison Team at slo@burnleyfc.com.
